I feel like my feet haven't touched the ground for a while and now I am really looking forward to having a Christmas break. We had our last event of 2025 with The Coterie on the 4th December and then hosted Goose Island in the shop the following day for a live. All this activity made for a weekend of processing and packing orders which was absolutely fabulous so THANK YOU.
I am updating stock this week and making sure the boring bits (admin) are all up straight but definitely going to get the mince pies out in the shop for our visitors.I will be closing the WEBSITE for orders as of Sunday 14th so I can get everything packed and posted by the 15th December. There will be a note on the website regarding dates for posting.
There will be some last minute bargains landing this week and I will pop a video on the Nifty & Co facebook page to keep everyone posted with relevant web site links - this will be on Friday 12th December as soon as Ihave my lippy on and my coffee has started working.
As a small business it can be so tough on the high street and on the big old web so I just want to say thank you to everyone who has bought something, liked a facebook pic, sent a message or just even looked at the website - every interaction is a positive. Nifty & Co remains fighting and feeling good as we we move onwards to 2026!
Finally, thank you to The Coterie for being there (still) and hosting a beautiful space for myself and all the crafters to display their products. I think there is so much opportunity to promote our individual businesses from this space and use it as a collection point for your individial orders. Perhaps this is something we can promote and utilise a lot more in the new year - I think we need to fight stronger than ever to keep our high streets alive.
