What can I say except THANK YOU. It has been a great start to the year and a total refresh. It was a hard decision to take to close my representation in Pontardawe after 10 years but it's the right thing to do in these times of difficulty. I am not afraid to say it's been tough and in tough times and bumpy seas it's all about trimming your sails and keeping yourself lean and motoring onwards (see what I did there).
Those of us now running The Coterie in Clydach worked our socks off for 2 weeks in January, with the help of our other halves and got the space redecorated, moved around and filled with new things for your enjoyment. I am so happy to be permanently in this space now and sharing it with Thread of Heaven and Truly Vintage - it has been a lovely start and I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to have a bricks outlet still on the High Street and to have a congenial enthusiasm for what we do. Pop in to see us at 37 High Street Clydach.
The first of our Nifty monthly events took place on 4th February and we had a fab morning of catch up, teas, teacake and listening to Katherine who joined us to talk about all things juicing and smoothie making. I see these meet ups as a relaxing end to the week for myself as well as you and I am looking forward to the rest of the dates throughout 2022.
We have a ladies evening at Y Gwachel on February 27th (Sunday) and then our next Friday coffee morning is 4th March when Ali Reeves is joining us for a talk. If you are interested please get in touch directly with me.
I hope you have a fabulous February
